You can’t run 50 charter steam trains a year without some seriously talented people. We have a team of staff who are passionate about running steam on the main line and providing great days out to our passengers. We’re a small, friendly team in a family run office, where everyone turns their hand to a variety of tasks. From taking bookings, to marketing, from event management and catering to logistics and operations, everyone throws themselves in with energy and enthusiasm.

We have a wide range of opportunities on offer at Steam Dreams throughout the year, working at our head office in Albury in the Surrey Hills near Guildford, as well as on our trains which tend to depart from stations in London and the South East.
At our offices, we have car parking (there are local buses, but most choose to drive) with a small shop, post office and lovely pub nearby. We offer flexible working and full time roles, depending on the skills of the applicant and the requirements of the business at the time.
