Cocktails to keep the spirits up!

We are missing seeing you on board but in the meantime we wanted to share some of our special cocktail recipes for you to make at home, to keep your spirits up until we meet again!

Espresso Martini

The perfect pick-me-up as the evenings get longer. What you’ll need:

  • a martini glass
  • vodka
  • espresso coffee (can be used hot or cold)
  • coffee liqueur
  • coffee beans (for garnish)

Mix 1.5 parts vodka with 1 part espresso. Add 2/3 part of your favourite coffee liqueur. Shake using a cocktail shaker. We prefer to shake with ice for the coolest cocktail. Pour in to your favourite martini glass. Finish with a garnish of two coffee beans on the top, which should float nicely. Voila!

Bramble Fizz
Prosecco and Blackberry Gin

The perfect Friday afternoon cocktail to toast to the weekend! What you’ll need:

  • a Champagne flute
  • Blackberry Gin
  • Prosecco

Start with a Champagne flute per person. Pour in one measure of Blackberry Gin. Top up with Prosecco and serve immediately.
